What’s This Research About?

This paper summarizes the current evidence on the different effects of yoga components on various measures related to physical and mental health. Yoga interventions have been shown to help a variety of outcomes related to physical and mental health, but because of the diversity of yoga styles, it can be hard to know how any one component contributes to the overall effect.
