Yes, there is a private facebook page for YR&B members. This is available to members who have purchased monthly or annual subscriptions. There’s also an option for members to post comments on individual article pages.

Ariana is a movement educator (yoga teacher, strength trainer) in New York City. For more than ten years, she’s been helping people reach their goals with a holistic approach that combines principles from yoga, exercise science and published research.
